Description: Their wine is a product of Etna and is an authentic witness to it, bringing its uncompromising nature into the glass. Alluè, (there it is, in old Sicilian dialect) has the delicacy of small wild fruits that emerge in the shadow of petrified black lava, of Mediterranean maquis herbs, and refined spices. Acidity and tannins vigorously claim their space.
