Description: The grapes are manually harvested in crates at the end of October, beginning of November. They undergo fermentation on the skins at controlled temperature for 20 days in cement tanks. The wine is then aged in cement for one year, followed by two years in steel, and finally a minimum of six months in the bottle. It is an unfiltered product, which may contain sediment. Produced in the Torrecuso (BN) area, the vineyards grow in tuff soil. The wine is made from 100% Aglianico grapes sourced from vines aged 20 to 25 years.
