Description: Inox, concrete and oak vast are used in winemaking proocess of this wine. This Jakot has a characteristic golden yellow colour and a pronounced mature bouquet due to the late harvest of ripe grapes. The nose reveals hints of mature melon, banana, and almond, as well as nuances of hay and dried wildflowers. The wine is elegant in body and has a pronounced mineral note. It can be served with Brda ham, prawns, pasta, or grilled vegetables.
