Description: “Caterina,” a blend of Merlot and Raboso, is part of the “SinuosaMente” collection, a line intended as a tribute to the resilience of women who have shaped the history of the Veneto region. Traditional red vinification involves a 20-day maceration with daily punch-downs, followed by aging in French oak barriques for 10 months and in cement for another 8 months. The wine is then bottled and aged in the bottle.
