Description: “Lollóre” is a DOC red wine, Mandrolisai, made from 45% Bovale, 25% Cannonau, 20% Monica, and the remaining 10% consisting of local viticultural biodiversity. It is a bright and deep ruby red wine with an intense and persistent bouquet, ethereal, vinous, with hints of berries. In the mouth, it is warm and enveloping, full-bodied, and rightly tannic.
