In the distance, the reassuring and benevolent presence of Lake Garda gives a pleasant climate and a predominantly morainic soil. 2014 saw the birth of the first label and 2020 ended with the coveted organic certification, the result of the long work of attention and enhancement of a territory that has always been suited to the production of white and red berried grapes. The farm is located south of Lake Garda, in the province of Verona, where the Bardolino and Custoza DOCs overlap. They cultivate the native vines using the Guyot method, putting passion, knowledge and determination both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The main grape of the area is Corvina, which, as they say, only speaks Veronese dialect! They liked and still like to test the versatility of this vine by trying to vinify it in different ways: in still rose, in red, in a refermented rose, in the classic method or in wood, without ever distorting its typicality, but trying to enhance its characteristics.
