Podere Panta Rei was founded in 2001 purchasing a small farm in Tuscany in an area that promised great potential: Terricciola and its hills. A desire to live their passions, live with nature and make wines in a natural and artisanal way. They want their wines to have character, linked to the territory, to tradition but also to the future. The vineyard has been and will be their mine, which they cultivate and pamper with careful land management, alternating green manure and organic fertilization and careful and respectful cultivation of the plants. Their challenge is to produce a wine to be proud of, for how it was made and for how it was successful. Over time they have broadened their range of wines, choosing to make many wines in small quantities and recently adding the olive oil. They have always vinified with indigenous yeasts that enhance the microclimate and add personality. This year they complete the transition to organic, which will allow them to claim organic production starting with the next harvest.
