The Pisanelli family acquired a vineyard, along with its accompanying trullo, in 1972. With the assistance of agronomists and wine experts, they chose to plant a clone of Pinot Noir from Burgundy. The endeavor presented challenges, yet the altitude of 450 meters above sea level, temperature variations, and abundant sunshine fostered the growth of vigorous vines. They uphold tradition meticulously in their cultivation and maintenance methods, aspiring to preserve it for generations to come.
