Pastificio Gioia was born from the passion for pasta of the very young Angilletta brothers. The structure is located on the Costa Viola and is a family-run short chain, scrupulous from production to packaging.

Here regional formats can be found and also many flavoured variations embracing all the value of the territory (e.g. Bergamotto, Fileja alla Cipolla di Tropea, Chili pepper from Calabra and Saffron).

The products, dried slowly and at low temperatures, give the pasta the typical and authentic final result.
