Founded in the late 1800s, the Paradiis estate is now one of the most interesting wineries in central Friuli. The estate rises and develops in Paradiso, a small hamlet between Udine and Lignano Sabbiadoro. In these ‘strong lands,’ precisely because of the geological nature of the particularly clayey soils, wines with personality and unmistakable characteristics can be obtained. The current owner, Emiliano, a passionate winemaker, is modernizing and transforming the winery into its current reality.
