Palombaro was founded in 2022 in Ortona a mare, on the Costa dei Trabocchi, in Abruzzo. Their philosophy is to produce high quality traditional liqueurs, in an artisanal way and with selected and top quality raw materials. The laboratory is located in the centre of the family farm that deals with the cultivation of grapes and olives. These peasant roots, together with a thought of simplicity and respect for nature that the family has handed down for generations, greatly influence the distillery and by osmosis also the products. All these qualities are told through their liqueurs, which are real, simple, but at the same time transmit tradition and craftsmanship, the increasingly disappearing handmade work. One of the distinctive features of their manual work is certainly the filtering, which involves the presence of sediments on the bottom of the bottles. This phenomenon is a synonym for quality showing the truthfulness of their work.
