The winery was established in the early 2000s, driven by the passion for the land of Giuseppe Olivi and his son Riccardo. Under the guidance of the renowned winemaker Paoletti, they produce an excellent assortment of wines. The estate boasts 3 different appellations of origin: IGT Toscana, Orcia DOC, and Chianti Superiore Colli Senesi DOCG. Spanning 127 hectares, with 27 hectares dedicated to vineyards, the estate’s oldest Malvasia and Trebbiano vines date back more than 65 years, while others were planted between 2001 and 2002.
