They have a small production in Valdobbiadene, with hillside vineyards exclusively cultivated with Glera grapes. Every stage of vineyard care, from pruning to harvesting, is carried out manually. They adhere to the principles of integrated pest management, minimizing the use of pesticides. To date, they have produced 10,000 bottles of Prosecco Superiore DOCG, in two versions: Extra Brut (nature) and Extra Dry. Their third label is the bottle-fermented Prosecco “col fondo.”
