Maicol and María are the creators of Lacus Dry Gin and owners of the homonymous place “LACUS bubbles & gin” in the centre of Bardolino (VR). Lacus Dry Gin was born from the passion for gin developed in recent years. The microclimate offered by the lake guarantees this area an incredible variety of medicinal plants, flowers and fruits typical of both maritime and mountain areas. This is precisely one of their strengths: the possibility of drawing from a wide range of botanicals by playing with their characteristics, still aware of having a local product. Lacus Bardolino Dry Gin is elaborated with the london dry technique and contains 11 botanicals typical of this area of Lake Garda: herbs, fruits and flowers found throughout the town and the surrounding hills. These carefully selected and balanced botanicals give life to a spirit with a Mediterranean character: intriguing on the nose, seductive on the palate and long on the finish. The spirit offers a soft, but not aggressive sensation despite the 46% alcohol content.
