In the production of their wines, it’s typical for all the grapes to be grown on steep terraced surfaces with a 35% slope, which imparts a lot of minerality to the wine. The ideal choice for special occasions: sparkling wine (rosé, white), white wine (Ribolla, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Yellow Muscat, Malvasia), and red wine (Barbera, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Refosco).
