They are a new venture that aimed to create a product that would celebrate their area, namely the Adda River and the town of Trezzo sull’Adda. It is from this town that their bitter takes its name in the local dialect (Tress); while from the Adda River, they drew inspiration for its meandering course, which is reflected in the creation of the logo, as well as for its primary essences (dandelion and elderberry) that characterize the product.
