Gustoso was born in 2020 by two siblings, Angelo and Simona. Their pinsas are made from a blend of flours: wheat and rice flours, mixed with artistry and carefully chosen. They select only the finest products available to make their pinsa, and yours, special. Each base is a unique piece, handcrafted with care and attention to ensure that the final product is light and crispy. Their ongoing quest for high-quality raw materials and their focus on craftsmanship and Italian culinary tradition contribute to making their pinsa a high-quality, handmade, fresh, and highly digestible product.
