They are a group of friends with a passion for good drinking and the desire to put themselves out there. One afternoon some time ago, leaning against the counter of a bar they thought about what the bitter they would like to drink would be like instead of the usual Campari. Strengthened by the experience of one of them as a distiller and liquorist, they sat down at a table and first created their product and then their brand. Their bitter is born in the traditional way, from the infusion of 48 botanicals in pure alcohol, each with its own infusion time and respecting the times necessary to obtain the best organoleptic result. Once the mother tinctures have been obtained, they are assembled together and added with water and granulated beet sugar. After resting for about 15 days, the product is lightly filtered to obtain, in the bottle, a crystalline product with a beautiful golden yellow colour. They decided to leave the product with its natural colour, without adding colouring or caramel. The SETE25 bitter is perfect when mixed but also smooth, as a bitter after a meal.
