Founded in December 2022 by Gianluca Gabriele and his son Niccolò with the idea of sharing the passion for Rock and Gin, with also an eye for the environment. Their gin was born from curiosity for herbs and spices, but also from the desire to experiment in a sustainable way and create a quality distillate that was light but decisive, aromatic but sweet. They have tried to use only organic and natural botanicals and to limit the use of plastic and other polluting materials as much as possible. Thanks to this environmentally friendly approach, they have managed to create a craft distillate that best expresses the soul of their passion. They are convinced that every small gesture can make a difference and for this reason they try to limit their environmental impact in every aspect of their work. The production is designed to be as sustainable as possible, and in fact the distillery is almost zero impact and boasts one of the rare electric distillers powered by solar panels.
