GINCOSTA officially came into existence in July 2023 with the aim of providing a high-quality product while also embodying the essence of the territory and its history. The name and symbol of this label are deeply rooted in the tales and legends of the Castelli Romani, particularly in the town Lanuvio. The face depicted inside Gin “U Primu” portrays the goddess Iuno Sospita, revered in the ancient Civita Lavinia, which remains a symbol of the town to this day.
