Fattoria Santo Stefano is a winery owned by the Bendinelli family since 1961. It is located in the northern part of the Chianti Classico area near the town of Greve in Chianti, 20 km from the city of Florence. The estate includes 22 hectares of vineyards, 30 hectares of olive groves and 40 hectares of woodland at an altitude between 380 and 500 m above sea level. The soil (medium marl and clay), the climate (cool, windy and mild in all seasons) and the position of the vineyards allow for excellent ripening of the grapes. The Santo Stefano production includes Chianti Classico DOCG wines, White and Rosé IGT wines, Vinsanto and their prized Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The production respects the tradition and authenticity of the product made in a completely natural way and the farm company has been in organic conversion since 2024. Nature, time and passion are their special ingredients. They organize guided tours of the estate, visiting their on-site vineyards and their 2 cellars and ageing barrel room.
