The farm is located in Campania in the Irpinia area. It was founded around 1970 by Vittorio De Palma, Maurizio’s father, the current owner. At the beginning they produced and marketed bulk wines both from the Irpinia area and from other regions. In the early 80s they decided to bottle some wines, such as Greco di Tufo, Aglianico and Coda di Volpe. The period was difficult, following the 1980 earthquake which created many inconveniences, and subsequently also due to the methanol scandal, but the farm was able to resist these problems and continued with tenacity and passion. Since 2003 it has been managed by Maurizio De Palma who, thanks to new modern techniques, while maintaining the same family traditions, has managed to find new markets, mainly abroad. The annual production is around 60,000 bottles, the hectares owned are 5 and, plus another 3 under management; the red grape vineyards are exclusively Aglianico, while the white grapes produce Greco di Tufo, Fiano di Avellino and Falanghina.
