Casa Vinicola Fazio produce their grapes in the DOC ERICE, in a wine-growing area with a great tradition, characterized by calcareous-clayey soils, differentiated by height, exposure and pedoclimatic conditions. The vinification cellar is located in the Fulgatore area, in the DOC Erice. The over 50 hectares of vineyards owned by the farm are distributed over several districts and extend over an area which, from the coast, goes up along the heights of the hinterland up to the 450 metres of the Custonaci hills, another territory falling within the denomination. The history of the farm is inextricably linked to that of the Fazio family which, over the years, has chosen to combine native vines with international varieties as well. In all the cultivated varieties – both native (Nero d’Avola, Nerello Mascalese, Grillo, Catarratto, Carricante, Insolia, Moscato Bianco) and international (Müller Thurgau, Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot) – there are pleasant, harmonious, characteristic and elegant aromas. Today the farm produces just under a million bottles and exports its wines to over 20 countries around the world.
