Caruso & Minini is a Sicilian winery born from the union of two families with complementary histories in the world of wine. The Caruso brothers, third generation of winemakers, joined Mario Minini, an expert in the wine trade, and founded the farm in the traditional area of the Marsala wineries. Today their wines are appreciated in over 30 countries. The cellar is located in an ancient farm dating back to 1904, where the fruits of the surrounding hills are transformed into fine wines. The goal of Caruso & Minini is to skilfully transfer the local tradition into the bottle, giving the centenary wines of the area a modern expression. The property covers 120 hectares of vineyards, including Giummarella and Cuttaia, at a maximum altitude of 450m above sea level. The land is home to native and international vines managed by Stefano Caruso, supported by his two daughters. Caruso & Minini represent a winemaking reality that combines tradition and innovation, highlighting the culture and passion of the Caruso family Mario Minini for wine.
