Erika and Isa, from Brazil to Italy, from the passion to the production of wines. Cantina del Fuoco is a project born from two cousins, who from Brazil decided, at different times, to move to Italy in 2017. Passionate about wine for years, they decided to give life to their project in 2021 together with their husbands, Luca and Angelo, after meeting in Romagna the one who would become their consultant winemaker, Beppe. From there they started with a series of considerations: how to start, which wines to produce, how to optimize production taking into account principles such as sustainability, how to best use the know-how and excellence of the territory. The answer was Cantina del Fuoco, which takes its name from the German word Feuer, fire in Italian, present in their surname. Passion, innovation and a sustainable operating model over time are the basis of their project with which they are entering the wine world with their labels.
