Simone Tabarrini and his wife Michela Martini decided to unite their enthusiasm for the winemaking project, giving birth to the Colle Mora winery. In 2003, they planted their vineyards in the most suitable area of the Umbrian territory: Montefalco. In 2008, they commenced the vinification of their inaugural wines. At Colle Mora, grapes are meticulously handpicked, and the vinification process is personally overseen by Simone and Michela. Presently, the winery produces approximately 22,000 bottles, spanning six different wine varieties.
