The Bolzicco farm is a small Friulian family business located in the municipality of Cormòns at the foot of Mount Quarin, among the DOC Collio and Isonzo areas, both suited for the production of white and red wines. For over fifty years, native and international wines have been produced respecting the traditions handed down for generations. The heritage is cultivated with care and passion to guarantee the longevity of the vineyard: low yields to enhance the natural characteristics of each vine. Since 2017 the first bottles of Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Malvasia have been produced: historic native white wines, unique for aromas, structure and flavour as well as freshness and minerality. Sauvignon, Verduzzo passito (Brezan), Merlot and Collio Bianco (Vigne da Mont), coppery Pinot Grigio (Inedito) and Cabernet Sauvignon are also produced. All their wines will tell a story of territory and people linked together by tradition and passion. “”We try to do the best we can, with what we have, in the place where we are” this sentence encapsulates the company’s philosophy.
