Best Wine Stars offers all participants different modes of participation which are presented on the following pages. Each package has been designed with the aim of meeting the different needs of companies:

BEST WINE STARS INCLUDES:

Over 100,000 invitations will be sent to buyers, distributors, sommeliers, restaurant owners, winemakers, cocktail bars, mixologists, journalists, bloggers and wines lovers. F&B professionals will enter for free and can be recognized thanks to a pass that will allow each winery to come into direct contact with the them.

Curated directly by Adua Villa and a team of speakers selected by the most authoritative national newspapers. Speakers of the previous edition: Alessandra Piubello, Stefania Vinciguerra, Valentina Vercelli, Francesco Quarna e Fabio Bacchi.

During the event, each exhibitor will be able to sell their own products. All the labels published in the book will be available for sale on the e-commerce website and a royalty of 15% will be withheld.

On May 19, 2024, starting at 10:00, the awarding of wineries.The six companies selected for Best Sparkling, Best White, Best Red, Best Rosè, Best Spirit and Best Herbal Liqueurs will receive a €1,800 voucher for participation in Best Wine Stars 2025.

Our press office will take care of the dissemination of the entire project for 12 months. It will write and disseminate the press releases relating to the Best Wine Stars 2024 initiative. It will provide graphic and textual material to magazines for publication of editorial, dividing the labels by type, in order to facilitate the consultation by journalists. In addition, in the press area of the website all content, photos, captions and press reviews will be available for download.

The event will also be promoted through social networks and the web. There will also be an editorial plan elaborating various communication strategies such as: creation of suspense toward the event with patches containing the selected products, collaboration with industry influencers and sponsored campaigns. In collaboration with the free press MI Tomorrow, a special PAPER GUIDE will also be distributed in 100 thousand copies at the main subway stops and inside railway stations and airports. Inside the guide contents of the event, names of the participating companies and space will be given to interviews and insights.

Vertical

Tasting guided by wine sector’ speakers allowing to present the labels of the same producer to the public. The public is made of industry professionals, press and wine lovers.

In-depth study groups led by sector’s speakers related to the wine field such as terroir, winemaking, style etc. Up to 5 companies with one single label can participate per each masterclass. The public is made of industry professionals, press and wine lovers.

BWS BUSINESS DINNER

Best Wine Stars in 2023 crossed the borders of Palazzo del Ghiaccio bringing companies and their products to the centre of Milan with the “Best Wine Stars Business Dinner” project. The new format, which took place inside the elegant and welcoming Milanese lounge SIX Milano, was an excellent opportunity to present and tell selected journalists and industry professionals about the excellence of each individual company, combining them with dishes specially designed for each label. All to create a unique moment of confrontation and dialogue, in the exclusivity of the Milanese panorama.
