Sicilian winery, founded on the passion of Avv. Barbiera Filippo and oenologist Nicola Colombo. Their grapes are cultivated in the countryside of San Giuseppe Jato and yield three wines—two whites and one red—each characterized by a bold yet elegant profile. Established in late January 2020, the company has an annual production of approximately 10,000 bottles. Their Initium Ansonica reference received a score of 92/100 at the 2023 edition of 5 Stars Wine.
