Sicilian winery, born from the passion of the lawyer Filippo Barbiera and the oenologist Nicola Colombo, different personalities both linked by a vivid, deep-rooted friendship. The current administrator and partner of the winemaker is the son of the lawyer, Vincenzo Barbiera. The grapes are born in the countryside of San Giuseppe Jato and thanks to the skilful work of the oenologist Colombo give life to two wines, a white and a red one, with a strong but elegant character called “Initium”. Why “Initium””, because it wants to be the beginning of a new way of conceiving wine, because it wants to be the first to enhance the blends expertly mixed in a single Blend, because it does not declare itself first but wants to be discovered. The company founded at the end of January 2021 entered the national and international market at the end of March with an annual production of approximately 10,000 bottles and today it is rapidly expanding also in the online sector, being present in various national e-commerce.
