They are a small winery in Malcantone, near Lugano, in Ticino. Founded in 2007 by Ralph Theiler, the winery operates on about 5 hectares of steeply sloping vineyards, practicing what is known as heroic viticulture. Ralph Theiler and Federico Malatesta, an agronomist, are involved in the winemaking process. Their main grape variety is Merlot, but they also produce Pinot Noir which is very rare in Ticino. They prioritize working with the utmost respect for nature and focus on crafting wines with distinctive character.
