The history of the farm, 100 years long, is linked to a founder, and has been handed down over time for three generations: from grandfather Luigi to father Valentino, to Carla Fiorini, oenologist, today at the helm of the farm together with her husband Paolo. The transition to organic farming in 2013 is a significant choice aimed at confirming the bond with the land, protecting the vineyards and restoring meaning to the work of those who look after them every day. 100 hectares of land, 50 of vineyards divided into 30 hectares of Bianchello, 2 hectares of Verdicchio and 10 hectares of Sangiovese with small grapes, Sangiovese with large grapes, Montepulciano and Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo are the viticultural heritage of the 12 labels. Most of the selected varieties are native, confirming their natural affinity with the territory. Each year the winery produces a total of 200,000 bottles, of which about 140,000 bottles are destined for the three labels of Bianchello del Metauro Doc (S. Ilario, Tenuta Campioli, Andy) revealing the original flavour of a “small” but great ancient vine of the Marches, the biancame.
