The farm was founded in 2000 in the shade of the primitive Apulian saplings. The cellar is located in an early 20th century oil mill and houses, in addition to the steel silos, also the barrel room, the underground concrete tanks and the ageing amphorae. They have specialized in the production of Primitivo di Manduria in 5 different interpretations: Dry for meals to be aged in barrels for one year, Riserva to be aged in barrels for three years, Rosé to be aged in amphorae for one month, Dolce naturale for late harvest and Passito to be dried in the fruit cellar. The founder Giuseppe Attanasio, who has dedicated his whole life to the cultivation of saplings, began the vinification and bottling in 2000, trying to express the originality of the Primitivo in the most authentic way and to characterize his own style as a producer. The selection of the best plants and the careful ageing in the cellar allow to give the wine a very important elegance and balsamic note.
