Founded at the end of the nineteenth century, in the territory of Partinico (PA) in the Bosco Falconeria district, the farm initially sees a predominance of vineyards, olive groves, orchards and wheat. Over the years there have been many changes, both in terms of extension and cultivation, and the estate today covers an area of 14 hectares, 11 of which are planted with vineyards. The idea of bottling stems from the desire to restore the right value to the products of this land, forgotten for too long, embracing the philosophy of organic cultivation (organic certification obtained in 2015) in order to respect the environment and promote the territory. The goal is to close the chain of cultivated products. True expression of the Sicilian character, rooted in the history of the area, the estate stands on a hill from which you can admire the Castle of Calatubo and the splendid Gulf of Castellammare, from San Vito Lo Capo to Punta Raisi. Since 2019 the farm has started to bottle the main vine of the area, the catarratto!
